It's time for a new adventure: MaltašŸ‡²šŸ‡¹

We decided that this year me and my sister are going to Malta.

It is a beautiful small country in south Europe. And I would deffintely recommend everybody to visit it. The prices are normal and everybody understands English which is also a bonus.

We had our flight at nine but we had to wake up a lot earlier. For a change we were there earlier then expected. We had a coffee, croissants and coke (you now understand why we got it haha) . It was time for the flight.

When we arrived at Malta we were a bit lost. But we soon found a correct bus to Valetta, which is a capital city of Malta. What I have to say is that buses at Malta are quite old and always really full. Also the drivers are fast. We were not used to the speed and also driving on the other side of the road so we were quite scared. But when we came to Valetta we were excited to see all the tourist buildings and to get our lunch, we ordered large pizza in Pizza Hut, which was our first time eating there. We went past this big church of St. Publius Parish Church and of course I had to take a picture in front of it. We didn’t get in because it was closed. Churches in Malta are usually closed so you can’t get in or you need to pay for a ticket.

We had our hotel reservation at four o’clock but we decided to stay in city a bit longer and of course we found more churches and the sea. We were also entertained by ā€œsnowā€ in the streets and all the green flags there were around because of their football club.

And then we decided to go to hotel. After a flight and a little sightseeing we were really tired. I found it really hard not to sleep on bus all the way to our hotel. When we got to the hotel we decided to get some hours of sleep and then went to shop to grab something to eat and explored for a bit around our hotel. That was our first day at Malta.
